hi,
my name is Alex. unjumbl came to life out of a deep desire to help create work environments that people truly enjoy. I believe that there is potential within everyone of us, it just needs to be harnessed. Change is inevitable, and we need to accept and embrace it. For sure I can't change the entire world, but I can certainly effect the change in my proximity, thus having a more enjoyable and meaningful work life. Over the past few years, I have dedicated my time to working in hectic, unpredictable and regulated environments. This provided me with the challenge of following and respecting at times very rigid rules, while at the same time finding the path towards agility. At heart, I'm an ex-oftware Engineer with a very good understanding and experience in Software Development and its lifecycle.
Since 2018 I've had the opportunity to work with amazing people in Agile Coaching,Organisational Development, People & Culture, Process Optimizations and Operations. As a result, all of these domains have transformed from mambo jambo to my passions. I find myself fully absorbed by the challenges and puzzles that arise every day in these domains. My sweet spot is somewhere at the crossroad of strategy and tactics—a place that feels like home.
If you've landed here, chances are you may be facing some challenges that require attention. Whether it's improving work culture, product development, or refining processes, I'm here to help. Before going any further, I invite you to explore a little bit about my experience. It will give you a small glimpse of who I am and what I can bring to the table. And so, maybe, our journey together begins...

organizational development
01.2018 - 04.2021Working as an Agile Coach at mySugr opened doors I never imagined existed before. What began as an agile coaching position quickly transformed into an organizational development role. Joining mySugr, a team of 60 awesome monster tamers, shortly after their acquisition by Roche, was an incredible opportunity. Their mission to "make diabetes suck less" was not only making waves in the world of diabetes apps but also revolutionizing the delivery of medical devices. It was my first experience working in a highly regulated environment, where we had to adhere to ISO 13485 requirements while maintaining agility. During my time at mySugr, I gained invaluable knowledge about agility, various methodologies, and tools. I also delved into the intricacies of organizational structuring, team composition, and process improvement. It was a constant learning experience, finding ways to create and enhance processes while staying agile. By the time I left, the company had grown to approximately 140 individuals, with a greater purpose within the Roche ecosystem and family.

organizational development
05.2021 - 06.2023Working as the Chief People Officer introduced me to areas of knowledge I never thought I would have the opportunity to explore. Initially tasked with developing the organization for a small startup, my role quickly evolved into creating an entire ecosystem and laying the foundation for future scaling. Joining fiskaly, a team of 25 talented individuals brought together through networking, was an exciting challenge. My first priority was establishing a dedicated People & Culture department while introducing agile philosophies to the organization. I successfully implemented new processes and further optimized existing ones, all with a keen focus on meeting the requirements of ISO 27001 and driving the company's journey towards agility. By the end of my tenure, the company had grown to a team of approximately 60 exceptional people, poised for significant growth in the future.

I believe that the way we approach organizational development, agility and process engineerig, has a direct impact on our wellbeing. I encountered in all my experiences people doing meaningless jobs, having no purpose or understanding what are they contributing towards.
Just like you, I am a human being living and walking the face of this earth. I am far from perfect and far from always being right. As a person, I am vulnerable to flaws and mistakes, just like we all are. However, I give my best effort to overcome them every day.
I firmly believe that we shape our world through our thoughts, words, and actions. While this may not be a secret, bringing greater awareness to this truth can truly change our world. Change is an inherent part of our lives, whether we embrace it or not. Everything around us is impermanent, including ourselves—we change with each passing moment. It's the law of nature. Often, the challenge lies within us to accept and let go.
In this journey of life, we coexist, experience suffering, share happiness, and work together. We spend most of our waking hours at work, sometimes with people we get to know but don't always get to choose. This can lead to dissatisfaction and suffering that become part of our lives.
My purpose is to leverage my experience, knowledge, and the ideas I have gathered over the years to inspire new, creative ways of working. My hope is that, together with you, we can create and establish extraordinary workplaces. In doing so, we may contribute to making our world a better place.
I dedicate my time and energy to cultivating great work cultures where people are motivated, engaged, and truly enjoy being part of something meaningful.
my vision
I envision a world where people can enjoy their lives at work, free from the suffering of jumbled processes and meaningless work!
