Imagine having a process that measures leadership. The metrics could be as simple as:

  1. Retention: How many people have remained in your team throughout the year.

  2. Growth: How many individuals have received promotions or raises as a result of their enhanced knowledge and skills under your guidance.

  3. Engagement: How many people feel genuinely motivated and satisfied to come to work because of your leadership.

How would such a process look like?
