something boring, dry, and useless, but necessary to incur pain in our daily lives. Isn't it?
I used to see processes as something abstract, dry, and dull. Which indeed it was, as I was not really seeing the processes for what they really are. Processes create, guide, and always serve a higher purpose. When working within or with a process, I often missed one crucial piece of information: understanding the anxieties that the process was designed to tame.
Once you grasp this understanding, you begin to discover a part of their history, which might provide you with a little bit of meaning. This realization has helped me find motivation and engagement even in the most mundane and routine tasks.
I agree that the way we describe, define, and discuss processes can lead us to a dry, boring, and uninteresting conversation. However, it doesn't have to be that way.
