Whenever you find yourself in the midst of a troubled night, simply open the window.

Just for one moment, and one moment alone, be still. Close your eyes and welcome the serenity of the night into your mind. Listen and notice the sensations, and if possible, embrce the emotions you experience in that moment. Then, release all of them and return to sleep, carrying that sense of openness with you. The fresh air will work its magic.

Throughout my life, I have always struggled with sleep. However, in the past six months, it has become an even greater challenge. To combat this, I have dedicated significant effort to improving my sleep hygiene. Surprisingly, the one thing that has made a significant difference for me is sleeping with an open window.
