Children

If you observe children closely, when given the freedom, they instinctively follow a magical formula for their development. They do it without any effort and without overthinking. The formula they embody is simple and powerful: Moderation, Attunement, Genuineness, Interdependency, and Curiosity - magic. Every, single, day.

As adults, we often forget about that child within us. We never truly embrce it; we simply lose the ability to let it free as we conform to rigid social expectations.

What we need is to learn from children and bring more magic to our lives. Connecting again with our inner child is not a flaw; it is the beautiful part of who we really are. Children grow by harnessing this magic. It's why they learn so rapidly, absorb so much, and adapt to their environment.
