for me, the sole purpose of a process to exist is creation.

Any process that has ever been created was intended to aid development and sustain growth. We often overlook these important aspects of processes in our daily lives. Moreover, at times, we persist with the belief that a process should dictate our actions. The reality is that we cannot completely replace the human element within a process.

We need to remind ourselves that creation asks for creativity, flexibility, and freedom. Therefore, a process should guide you in understanding how to think. We need to place humans at the center of the processes and ignite the joy of work and discovery. We can achieve this by approaching processes with a curious mind and using this mindset as a driver.
