  For everlasting change sustainability is required. We need to be able to maintain a pace which will allow us to avoid burnout. Thus, moderation is a must, in order to be able to focus on long term. Every change I bring is made with pragmatism and naturalness in mind, so that the changes can be understood and effective.

• attunement

  Every organization is one-of-a-kind, and with that comes its own set of unique gowth challenges. This is why I approach every situation with curiosity, ready to discover, together with the team, which customized solutions are needed. I welocme change and embrace uncertainty. This allows me to adapt seamlessly to any environment which is also one of my skills.

• genuineness

  To be able to effect change and to really feel the improvement, you need to be true to yourself. As a person, I'm all about openness and authenticity. I believe in telling things the way they are. To make even the tiniest positive impact in our world, we need to be real. Transparency is one of the values I always adhere to. When we work together, you will experiences an upfront and honest communication about who I am and what I bring to the table, as well as what would the cost of our collaboration be.

• interdependency

  "We always have a choice: we can either work together or against each other." This is a mantra that has been always by my side throughout my career. While I appreciate the possibility to work independently and focus on my own tasks, there's nothing more exciting than the joy of collaboration. I believe in the collecting brain, in its power and beauty. I find real joy in building new things up in a collaborative fashion. It's in those moments of shared effort and excitement that we uncover innovative solutions and experience the thrill of growth. My work ethic is rooted in empowering others, aiming to make myself redundant. I do this by supporting the people and the teams thrive interdependently.

• curiosity

  Having a curious mind, the last years of my life have taken me on an incredible journey across the realms of agile coaching, organizational development, process optimization, and people & culture. This adventure has provided me with a deep understanding of how organizations operate and how to harness the full potential of the people within. I enjoy learning new things and equally love sharing the knowledge I've gained along the way.
