I am an ex-Software Engineer with great understanding and experience in Software Development and its lifecycle.
Since 2018 my interest shifted, and I got the chance to work with amazing people in Agile Coaching,Organisational Development, People & Culture, Process Optimizations and Operations. Today all this transformed into a passion, I find myself absorbed by the challenges and the riddles brought every day by the evolution of these domains. In the last years I worked at the crossroad of excution and governance, a place which feels like home for me.

my beliefs
just like you, I am, as well, a human being, living and walking the face of this earth. I am far from being perfect and far from being right. As a person I am vulnerable to flaws and mistakes, as we all are, but I am giving my best at overcoming them day by day.
We create our world through our thoughts, our words and our actions. This is for sure no secret, still, if we could bring all that more into our awareness, we can definitely change our world. Change is part of our lives, whether we like it or not. Everything around us is impermanent, even we, are changing with every moment that passes by. It's the nature's law. Most of the times the challenge lies within us to accept it and let it go.
We live together, we suffer together, we share happiness together and we work together. We spend most of our waking time at work, with people we, maybe, get to know, but not always get to choose. Because of that, dissatisfaction and suffering takes over our lives sometimes.
My purpose is to use my experience, my knowledge and the ideas I have gathered along the years, to ideate and create new ways of working. My hope is that together with you, we can create great workplaces. This way, maybe, we can make our world a better place. I lead by example, but also by unveiling pain. I do not fear getting my hands dirty, nor making tough decisions and taking responsibility for it.
I dedicate my time and energy to enable awesome work cultures where people are motivated, engaged and enjoy being part of. This is my purpose!
